Overview
The Feefo Reviews extension connects your Magento 2 store to your Feefo account and surfaces verified customer reviews on product pages. Because Feefo reviews are collected only from confirmed purchasers, they carry more credibility than self-hosted review systems — and displaying them at the point of purchase directly addresses buyer hesitation.
Compatible with Magento 2.3–2.4 Open Source, Adobe Commerce, and Adobe Commerce Cloud.
How It Works
After a customer completes an order, Feefo sends them a review invitation. The extension pulls accepted reviews from the Feefo API and renders them in a widget on the relevant product page. Both product-level ratings and overall merchant service ratings are available. Reviews are output with structured data markup so search engines can display star ratings in results.
